This has happened multiple times before and they once even “lost” a case from the docket, which became moot by the time they finally “found” it. The Clown Thomas even “joked” that they were “avoiding the issue.” Har-har- avoiding the biggest political scandal in history, while the nation is torn apart.
Also, Roberts can’t disqualify Commie America-haters Stotomayer and Kagan. They must recuse themselves and never had on this issue. The only reason Kagan is on the court is because closet queen Lindsey Graham waved her through the judicial committee. So much for “checks and balances.” >>>>>>>

Justice Roberts forced bad medicine down American citizens’ throats. Will he now redeem himself of that ugly and infamous Obamacare decision? Will he now conscientiously lead the Supreme Court to take on the case against Obama and Obama’s many illegal identity deceptions?

In light of the fact that Chief Justice Roberts has referred the case, (12A606) “Edward Noonan et al., v The Calif. Sec. of State, Deborah Bowen,” to a full conference to be held on February 15th, the perfect opportunity to defeat the ‘Manchurian’ Muslim from Mombasa’s assault on the 2nd Amendment is at hand.
‘The best defense is a good offense!” The Chief Justice must be persuaded to take up the case and render a decision which retro-actively abrogates the illegal election of a constitutionally ineligible candidate who fraudulently represented himself as eligible to be president. Even now Mr. Obama proceeds in a cover-up of unparalleled magnitude forging official documents and paying law firms millions of dollars to keep his true background hidden.
Consider the following: Could Chief Justice Roberts have been defensively posturing for the blow-back, the “black-lash” if you please, of a decision he may have realized would be necessary to make in the future on Mr. Obama’s purported constitutional eligibility when he ruled so surprisingly on Obamacare?
Could the Chief Justice be about to shock the Hell out of the world and rule against Obama as being constitutionally eligible to be president on February 15, 2013?
In the hope that this albeit far-fetched scenario is a possibility, is the NRA or the Republican Party making any effort to promote such a decision by the Supreme Court which would be the best outcome in defense of the Second Amendment?
Might not the Chief Justice have been positioning himself and the Supreme Court as apparently not being antagonistically inclined towards Mr. Obama so as to insulate them both from certain to arise liberal charges of racism should a decision need to be rendered by the court on the issue of constitutional eligibility which would pronounce that Mr. Obama is not now and never has been eligible to be president?

If, after considering the evidence submitted to the Supreme Court in multiple cases which the court has turned down, the Chief Justice found it necessary to consider various paths that the Supreme Court eventually might have to take in defense of the Constitution, could the Chief Justice have strategically planned to first rule in favor of Obamacare—as a tax—knowing that such a ruling would theatrically demonstrate an apparent support for Obama—or, at the very least, demonstrate no prejudice towards the man—while still leaving Obamacare open to state by state dismantling until such time as a ruling on Mr. Obama’s eligibility would remove the law retro-actively as having been passed while Mr. Obama was in the commission of crimes and, most importantly, act as the perfect disclaimer to angry liberal entities which would scream “Racism!” as they rallied liberal-socialist Obama supporters to advance ‘Forward’ towards anything but “civil” disobedience should the Supreme Court retro-actively abrogate the illegal election of the constitutionally ineligible fraud and forger, Barry Soetoro, a.k.a. Barack ‘King Hussein’ Obama Jr., the ‘Manchurian’ Muslim from Mombasa, a.k.a. Soebarkha, a.k.a. Harrison J. Bounel for having taken place while in the commission of a crime?
Will the Chief Justice permit the two Supreme Court Justices appointed by Mr. Obama, (or whatever his legal name, the name written on his original long form birth certificate—not to be confused with the electronic file released by the White House in 2011 which has been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt to be a poorly constructed forgery), to participate in hearing the case surrounding the issue of eligibility when their conflict of interest could not be greater? Their very appointments would too necessarily have to be retro-actively abrogated—effectively annulled—as they were made while Mr. Obama was in the commission of the criminal usurpation of the office of the president of the United States concomitant with the military rank and authority of commander-in-chief.
The Republican Party is so far removed from where it should stand in defense of our Article II of our Constitution, that on Jan. 16th, Senator Marco Rubio said, “President Obama’s frustration with our republic and the way it works doesn’t give him license to ignore the Constitution.” Keep in mind that this comment was made by a man who himself is constitutionally ineligible to be president or vice-president–not being a natural-born citizen as required by the Constitution—yet he made a concerted effort, licentiously ignoring the Constitution, to be the V.P. running mate for Republican nominee Mitt Romney in 2012—and is even now touted by many within the Republican Party as a potential presidential candidate in 2016! Perhaps the NRA and the Republican Party should come out with an itemized list of those parts of the Constitution they deem worthy of defending and those parts that they do not.
No IMPEACHMENT shall suffice; for to impeach the fraud it would first be necessary to acknowledge his legitimate, legal occupation of the presidency which is not now and has never been the case. “Crazy” Joe Biden is an accomplice in the crime. It would make no sense to replace one criminal with another.
Since Mr. Obama fraudulently represented himself as constitutionally eligible to be president when he ran–both times–then he is not now and has never been president. He was in the commission of a crime when he was twice illegally elected. The fraud should be taken into custody, and since he also usurped the military rank of commander-in-chief, he should face a military tribunal and face either a firing squad or the gallows for having criminally usurped the office of the presidency, the most horrendous crime against the American experiment in ‘government of the People’ in our nation’s history. All those complicit in Mr. Obama’s crimes must be brought to justice if liberty is to be preserved.
At this point in time, the question of whether or not Mr. Obama’s criminal usurpation of the presidency shall be addressed by the proper authorities is completely in the hands of God and Chief Justice Roberts. ‘In God we trust.’

Republican leadership stunned by Obama victory: What they fail to understand
Another Judas Republican leader: “Republican in name only” (RINO), Chris Christie and Obama. It is said that Christie’s recent political love fest with Obama after Hurricane Sandy, slowed the Mitt Romney presidential campaign momentum to a halt. Obama is more than happy to use lib Republicans. See also the link about Christie toward the bottom of this page.
Republican Party leaders underestimated their political party’s alienation of Conservatives, birthers and Constitutionalists. They alienated them by ridiculing birthers and their first cousin, Constitutionalists. In effect they said:
“We don’t need the ridiculous issue of Obama not being eligible for the office of president; we choose to be ‘respectable.’ [God forbid that we should be viewed as the opposing fanatical political party by the Democrats and their buddy media!] We will win the election and this issue will all go away. Then, also, we won’t have to admit that we were complicit with Obama’s illegal presidency, and helped further it by our conspiracy of silence.”
Conservative friends: When outright fraud and illegality aren’t dealt with; it rapidly mushrooms. The Republican Party as a whole dismissed Obama’s usurpation of the presidency. In effect, they denigrated the US Constitution by allowing a non natural born citizen to qualify for Commander-in-chief. Now, they have no one to blame but themselves for Obama’s two term destructive White House occupation.
These know-it-all Republicans were told, alerted and, in some cases, screamed at by various personality sources; but, they chose to either ignore or go on the attack against those Conservatives who held their birther and Constitutional banner high. They heaped ridicule on these serious American Conservative voters, mimicking the lib Democrats, with the political ploy of demonizing those voices; calling them, “conspiracy theorists.” And, now, they are surprised that fewer Republican voters showed up at the polls to support their moderate (walk lightly) Mitt Romney. Reports are showing that fewer Republican voters supported Mitt Romney than what voted for John McCain. I ask: “What kind of country club dream world are these Republican leaders living in?”
In short, the Republican leadership has overlooked the old adage: “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you!” By their conspiracy of silence over Obama not meeting the US Constitutional standard of a “natural born citizenship” status, these Republicans who threw Conservative birther and Constitutionalists under their political bus, are reeling with their monumental political loss.

I don’t know how many Republican Facebook sites I visited to register some of my political commentaries during the course of the recent political campaign. I found very few which would allow commentaries like mine to be freely posted. That tells me something. It tells me that most Republican leaders and Conservative talk show hosts are all talk and no do. It tells me that they are closed [minded] to the full input of the voting public. Talk show hosts like Sean Hannity and his comfy (buddy) guests, such as Republican strategist, Karl Rove, aren’t really interested in what the rank-in-file has to think. API will scan in here a letter from Coast Provincial Birth Registration Office in the next few hours or days, depending on how quick API is cleared to do so.
The purpose of scanning the official letter is to ensure that what we have received as you see here is fully collaborated officially.
Everyone knows that the documents are very sensitive and are not for misuse by any person to gain upper hand in political games.
It is, however, fair that the whole truth is brought to light and have the whole saga put to rest once and for all.
Many people seem to be of the opinion that there is a plan to hide from them the real thing. The US President says he is born in Hawaii. Many documents being circulated worldwide says otherwise. Therefore, it is very important to be outright and get the real thing on the table without witch hunt or without trying to malign the president’s name, unless the truth is not what he personally has said.

It is only reasonable to continue working on this case in order to reveal the truth of the matter.
Another issue important to consider is why many are so interested in this. If Obama has ruled now for three good years and is now in his fourth year – and already asking for another term that will give him new 4 years in the White House, is there any wrongdoing when he actually has delivered leadership and continues to do so? He has not run down the country, so what is all the farce about where he is born? After all, he has lived in the US all his life. <<<<<<<<<<

In recent days there has been much publicity about Barack Hussein Obama’s past and secret background. Those in the mainstream media and otherwise, have again revived their ridicule of patriotic Americans who want to know the truth about the man who occupies our American White House.
Media by its very essence should welcome investigative journalistic endeavors. But, mainstream media, (for the most part) have been remiss with the honorable goal of uncovering and reporting reality. Instead, it is content, to not only promulgate propaganda, but to proliferate it. They work in the profession of reporting the news, but so often their tasks involve themselves in supporting partisan political positions and undergirding the powers that be.
Finally, what compounds the whole lopsided media partiality, is an American citizenry which, to a large extent, is apathetic. As long as some are employed and creature comforts are met, that is all that counts. Live for today and don’t be concerned about your children and their children’s futures. With this cultural minded shortsightedness, truth and reality are sadly and pathetically, set aside.
The bottom line is, Obama is an unconstitutional illegitimate “president.” Him occupying that position is a breach of the US Constitution. Our country is governed by that Constitution. No man should be given the go ahead to molest that Constitution. Will the mainstream media ever “get it” and see the light? Will Congress ever step forward and do what it takes to remove this abomination, called, Barack Hussein Obama? Or, finally, will the US military come with a coup to destroy this Obama death cancer which is destroying America?

Mainstream Media Gobbles Up Latest Hawaiian Propaganda of Obama’s Alleged Birth Origin
Hawaii Sandbags – Won’t Show Obama Birth Documents for Independent Verification – Obama Media Again, Inaccurately Reports
Recently, the State of Arizona requested of the state of Hawaii to offer verification of Obama’s alleged Hawaiian birth so that it could place Obama on the presidential ballot. What the mainstream media, basically reported, was that Hawaii confirmed the tale that Obama was born in Hawaii. Here’s what the one AP article stated:
“HONOLULU (AP) — The state of Hawaii has verified President Barack Obama’s birth records to Arizona’s elections chief after a nearly three-month back and forth that Arizona officials said could have ended without the incumbent’s name on its November ballot……Hawaii officials have repeatedly confirmed Obama’s citizenship, and Obama released a copy of his long-form birth certificate more than a year ago in an attempt to quell citizenship questions. Courts also have rebuffed lawsuits over the issue….” [1]
This mainstream media news, though, presents a very simplistic propaganda bent. The impression is given that all is in order and that there is no reason to be concerned about Obama’s [alleged] Hawaiian (US birth origin).
However, according to Dr. Jerome Corsi, noted investigative journalist and author of the recent book, “Where’s the Birth Certificate,” Hawaii said:
“We got records that say he [Obama] was born here in Hawaii – but you can’t see them.” [2]
Also, according to Dr. Jerome Corsi, Arizona’s (Secretary of State) Bennett “did not get Hawaii to affirm that Obama was born in Hawaii.” [3]
