A Moralmatters reader weighs in on the recent Supreme Court decision of which 5 SC justices bent over for LGBT activists. Due to homosexual activists’ molesting nature, the will of the people vis-a-vis multiple state referendums wasn’t good enough for them. Instead they circled around to the high court’s back-door and found weak-kneed court justices to perform their aberrant wishes.

The federal government has no moral or legal right to dictate a student's academic education. Unfortunately, and to the culture's demise, big government has presumed the role of nanny educator.

Isn’t it a wonderful thing for individual states to discover their right to exercise their 1st and 10th Amendment rights? Note what the State of Texas has just done:

Moralmatters Reader:

Voting Ideals, Not Constitutional Conscience

When the Supreme Court made it’s decision in favor of the gay lifestyle many Christians became discouraged; myself included.

The Supreme Court did not make the gay lifestyle a law. They cannot make, or validate a law. They are interpreters of the Constitution of the United States. The justices who voted for making the gay life legal exchanged the terms of the Constitution, replacing it with their own human reasoning instead of the truth of interpretation.

I was raised in an era where television programming was unpolluted. Stations actually cared about the child of Saturday mornings. As we sat and ate our cereal watching cartoons we learned about pronouns, adjectives and nouns along with many other grammar rules. Rules we would eventually need, to write a proper sentence. It was called SchoolHouse Rock. This show was a means for my children to learn how a legislative bill became a law. [Note 3 minute video below]

So don’t lose heart. The decision for the gays of the world was an erroneous decision made by five justices; it is not the law of the land.

Apparently, and rightfully so, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal isn’t falling over big (federal) government bribery money.

The federal government has no moral or legal right to dictate a student's academic education. Unfortunately, and to the culture's demise, big government has presumed the role of nanny educator.

Governor Jindal is a shining example of how every state’s governor should respond to federal government’s bribery overtures. There is no valid reason why individual states should comply to Washington D.C’S dictates. If only more governors would exercise their state’s 10th Amendment rights, this, United States would be far better off! Can anyone reference a successful big government program that has truly benefited individuals for their long-term general, physical, financial, mental and spiritual welfare?

Big government is replete with a long dirty laundry list of “pie in the sky” programs intended to fix human problems and to insure fairness and equality. But in the process, those same big government endeavors end with messing up the people, its Utopian programs intend to benefit, while at the same time, penalizing hard-working taxpaying citizens who are forced to pay for all the national program foolishness and nonsense, so that politicians can [wrongfully] claim they have successfully done their jobs voting for worthless and expensive legislation.

CommonCoreBigGovernmentKnowsBestBATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — In a move certain to bolster his national standing with conservatives, Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal sued the Obama administration Wednesday, hoping to strike a blow against the controversial Common Core education standards and raising his profile as he builds a likely presidential campaign.

Jindal’s lawsuit accuses the Department of Education of illegally manipulating federal money and regulations to force states to adopt Common Core by dangling $4.3 billion in grants and policy waivers that encouraged them to adopt uniform standards and testing.

“The federal government has hijacked and destroyed the Common Core initiative,” Jindal said in a statement. “Common Core is the latest effort by big government disciples to strip away state rights and put Washington, D.C., in control of everything.”……… – http://news.yahoo.com/apnewsbreak-jindal-suing-feds-over-common-core-091244831.html
