Mid-January Deadline to Report Outrageous Child Custody Outcomes: A plea from Dr. Charles Corry of The Equal Justice Foundation to get the word out

Dr. Charles Corry authors the excellent and informational website of the Equal Justice Foundation.

Dr. Charles Corry authors the excellent and informational website of the Equal Justice Foundation – which has as its thrust the just treatment of  those in society who have experienced personal and family problems and challenges.

Moralmatters just received (Monday evening) the following message from Dr. Corry. Please read as it affects this whole posting:

On Monday, January 6, 201410:09 PM, Dr. Charles E. Corry <ccorry@ejfi.org> wrote:

The Equal Justice Foundation (EJF) frequently receives requests from other groups to forward announcements and invitations to their events. We very, very rarely do that for a variety of reasons, one being that it is a favorite tactic of ideologues and neo-Marxist groups to use other groups, like the EJF, to promote their propaganda.

However, when Harry Crouch, President of the National Coalition For Men (NCFM) in San Diego, CA, and long-time supporter Bill Wood from North Carolina both wrote asking to get the word out about outrageous child custody outcomes, a major issue with the EJF, I agreed to their request and last Sunday forwarded the message at the bottom.

First thing I heard back was that the email address for Mary Seguin bounced. Then other problems started being reported, not only to me but other groups.

The report below by Rita Fuerst Adams of the National Parents Organization outlines how we were all duped and manipulated.

My personal apologies! We at the EJF will do our best not to let this happen again. And, please, if you see any organizations on our Finding Help pages that you have reason to believe are front organizations would you let me know and they will quickly be removed. In many cases we’ve found that groups we initially affiliated with were later taken over by ideologues and no longer promote equal justice. We have also had very negative results with a number of other charities we linked to and initially affiliated with that later became corrupt. So your feedback on other charities is also of great help to us and others.

Please take note of Dr. Charles Corry’s urgent plea. And, if you aren’t familiar with his admirable work at The Equal Justice Foundation – please make it your business. Few good people in this United States are as honest as he is about these family and personnel issues! He relates troubling issues which are ignored by the mainstream media and swept under the political correctness carpet of our culture!

Editor’s note: This author offers his apologies for not being able to format this page according to the usual standards of this Moralmatters.org site. Please overlook and digest the following urgent and serious content!

Get the word out! According to the article linked here the Dept. of Justice may actually investigate DHS/CSE/CPS and hopefully the courts that enable their corrupt practices.

Suggestions: Give names, addresses, and phone numbers, and position held by the officials you are dealing with. It is of little help to refer to “they” or “the judge.”
Generally you must also give your name, address, phone number, email, and relationship to the case in question. Anonymous complaints usually receive little attention.
List the rank or position of any and all officials or law enforcement officers involved in your case. Badge numbers and other forms of identification are also helpful, if available. Also, state how these officials refer to your case in their system, as that can be bewildering to an outside investigator.
State the judge’s rank in the local, state, or federal judicial system as well as which court they are in. It is also essential to list case number(s) for any investigation.
Listing of Who’s Who in your case, together with the role they play, is usually best done in a separate section.
A timeline of events is often handy, if not essential to help an investigator understand your case.
Give the county and state you live in as well as the county and state where the problems are if different. Most of these infernal organizations are county based. Also give the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the county directors and chief judges.
If you have wisely made recordings of your contacts you should make transcripts of those recordings, label them, and submit them with your case. Software is available to do that on your computer, or you can have it done commercially. Also, if you have transcripts of court hearings or trials, copies of those should be included. But check that such transcripts are accurate and complete as we have numerous reports of “official” court transcripts being altered or missing sections.
Spelling, punctuation, format, and organization are important if you are to be taken seriously. Have someone else read through your statement/complaint and make suggestions and corrections. And remember, there is no such thing as good writing, there is only good rewriting (Churchill).  So write and rewrite until you’ve done the best job you can. It is our children’s lives at stake!
Provide a one page summary of the problem/case at the beginning, usually with bullet points. A list, or tabulation of included documents is also often helpful.
If sending via email, PDF format for your documents is usually preferred. Most any office store or printer can convert your printed documents to PDF and email them for you if your computer can’t.

I don’t see the report by Rita. Was it left off intentionally?

    1. Katherine –

I don’t know. Please consult The Equal Justice Foundation.

It is a sad commentary when such happens such as this. But, I am not surprised as aka Obama and his politically corrupted cabal crew are at the top, directing and orchestrating corruption at all levels of government.
