“4 Worms In Church” – Four worms and a lesson to be learned!!!!

A minister decided that a visual demonstration would add emphasis to his Sunday sermon.

Four worms were placed into four separate jars.

The first worm was put into a container of alcohol.

The second worm was put into a container of cigarette smoke.

The third worm was put into a container of chocolate syrup.

The fourth worm was put into a container of good clean soil.

At the conclusion of the sermon, the Minister reported the following results:

The first worm in alcohol….Dead.

The second worm in cigarette smoke….Dead.

Third worm in chocolate syrup….Dead.

Fourth worm in good clean soil….Alive….

So the Minister asked the congregation, “What did you learn from this demonstration?”

Maxine was sitting in the back, quickly raised her hand and said

“As long as you drink, smoke and eat chocolate, you won’t have worms!”

That pretty much ended the service!

Today is International Disturbed People’s Day.

Please send an encouraging message to a disturbed friend….Just as I’ve done.

“Hang in there sunshine, you’re special!”

Related: Two New Testament Christian Scriptures to think about:

Mark 7:14-20:

14 When He had called all the multitude to Himself, He said to them, “Hear Me, everyone, and understand: 15 There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man. 16 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear!”

17 When He had entered a house away from the crowd, His disciples asked Him concerning the parable. 18 So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, 19 because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?” 20 And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. – Mark 7:14-20

Matthew 15:17-20:

17 Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? 18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. 19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. 20 These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.” – Matthew 15:17-20

  1. I guess I have worms. Been eating the dirt that has been dished out to me for so many years for being white. As the people around me tell me to go home (meaning go back to Europe) and some tell me all white people need to be killed! Being alone (single) I have experienced the hate and greed of other people makes me wonder if leave could ever become a reality.

I cannot understand how you feel, because I’m not walking in your particular shoes. But, I think that you are not alone. As a descendant of German immigrants (who came to the US legally) it is very difficult to witness our traditional US being molested and dismantled. It is not enough for the liberal opposition in the crooked guise of “fairness” to re-distribute many Americans’ wealth; but, added to that, they would like to fragment America itself by playing their bigoted race cards and other political correctness games.

    • Hang in there brother, I feel I am in the same boat, well maybe not, as I am also a Ret. Marine; egads, a veteran, after serving 32-1/2 years of active duty, I was nearly blown back to creation (in Afghanistan) and have since been relegated to the morphine brigade left to my own devices to eek out survival. “And for what; watching this Great Nation being ruled by a black man?” – as one black panther brother from his Philly hood once stated, just prior to this illegal person from Kenya taking up residency at 1600 Penn Ave. the first time around.

Now it is as if a nightmare has truly fulfilled their wishes that the white man must pay for ruling this Nation, unjustly of course; but, nonetheless all BS, and then they now claim we must be killed. For what, oh who really knows? I just figure it’s pure hatred for being too stupid to survive on their personal achievements, merits, or lack thereof, whatever.

It’s all dishonesty, we know it, they know it, but that is not going to change a thing. I will give you encouragement in this; there is a battle for the very souls of every individual upon this earth at this time, it is intensifying for a reason; and if Christian enough, you too understand what’s going on. Don’t weep, don’t allow your soul to be swallowed up in this mess. Stay spiritually and mentally strong. We will need everyone of us who understand the task at hand to be on deck for the coming war.

  2. How about genetically modified foods? Meat from animals fed growth hormones? Or meat from animals cruely killed? Fuctose corn syrup?

    • degitt –

Yes. I agree. “Modern” man and all the new technology is not what it is cracked up to be!

    • I have a solution for that, as hard as it is on me barely walking without the assistance of canes for support, being the most difficult position for me is trying to get up again after squatting down to weed, etc., etc.,

I have two L-shape plots of built up around railroad ties, with river bottom dirt, garden in which most of my daily requirement for fresh veg’s and fruits, planted two apple, a cherry and a pear tree’s three summers ago, and for the most part do not even enter a grocery store other than for moo-juice. If not already and have available land, you should be doing the same.

My meat requirements are solely supplied by hunting experiences, last year, a twelve hundred pound bull elk, (and yes I do have two huge freezers and one for the veggies) year prior, caribou, and deer. The last time I butchered a cow, four years ago from a friend with a farm not subjected to growth hormones or any such concerns, all field grass and corn fed, I seal everything in vacuum bags to ensure lasting results.

Likewise you should be doing the same thing, it’s called independence, individual priorities and concerns and a true reality of what is best for me, don’t need those who think they know better then myself telling me how and what to do with personal choices. It called being an American with a heart. Try it you might actually believe by doing so, you won’t be dependent upon all of your concerns. fructose, syrup, growth hormones and such. Good Luck, take care n’ God Bless.

Thank you for taking the time to offer some good ideas and healthful eating habits. It so happens that I am to the age and point in my life where I am now beginning to eat more wisely for sustaining my health. My wife and I were talking about eating more vegetables and fruits and food with less cholesterol. That would include then, more fish and chicken; although that wild game sounds mighty good! It sounds as if you live in the country. If you do; I envy you!
