Supreme Court Apparently Upholds Obamacare as a Tax

The US Supreme Court has now upheld Obamacare as a tax while striking down the Individual [forced] Mandate. This essentially, gives tax and spend Obama and all politicians the excuse to pummel the American people with continued increasing taxes. Didn’t someone say that “the power to tax is the power to destroy?”

As with passage of laws and also Supreme Court decisions, there are “unintended consequences.” It appears as if the Supreme Court has rendered another decision which is somewhat muddled and compromised. Not surprisingly, there is likely to be future legal challenges and attempted passage of legislation vis-à-vis healthcare.

Bottom line:

But, be that as it may, the Supreme Court apparently has strengthened the resolve of politicians to utilize the malignant ”tool of tax” to force Americans, against their wills questionable future legislation [laws]:”
